Zack Snyder’s Rebel Moon Game Announced at Gamescom
Zack Synder took to the stage at Gamescom Opening Night Live with Geoff Keighley to discuss his new film, Rebel Moon, coming to Netflix on Dec. 22.
A new trailer premiered during Opening Night Live for Rebel Moon, but gaming fans were also surprised to hear that a video game is in the works. Snyder announced release dates for both parts of his new universe and that a game is being developed by Super Evil Megacorp.

Not much else was discussed about the upcoming game other than the fact that it will take place after Rebel Moon Part 2. Super Evil Megacorp previously developed Vainglory, Catalyst Black and Teenage Mutant Ninja Turtles Splintered Fate.
A press release from Super Evil Megacorp revealed that it is a four-player co-op action game. And, most interestingly of all, it will be exclusive to Netflix members.
“SEMC is blessed to have had players from around the world who have been with us across our development journey, and we cannot say enough how much your support has meant over the years. It is our hope that our studio will continue to create games that thrill and excite our players in even bigger and better ways,” Kevin Michael Johnson said in the release.
Rebel Moon Part 1 Release Date
Rebel Moon Part 1: A Child of Fire will premiere exclusively on Netflix on Dec. 22.
Rebel Moon Part 2 Release Date
Rebel Moon Part 2: The Scargiver will premiere exclusively on Netflix as well on Apr. 19, 2024.
